YOUTH CENTER MEMBERSHIP

To obtain a membership, youth must be a Lansing Resident, be in grades 6-12 and purchase a $10.00 annual photo ID card.

  • Parents must accompany their child to the youth center to obtain a membership every year.
  • Members and their parents must agree to the rules stated in the Code of Conduct.
  • For proof of Residency, a school ID or proof of registration at local school must be shown.
  • Guests in 6-12 grades are only allowed to attend on "Bring a Friend" dates. "Bring a Friend" dates are on Fridays. Friends must pay a $2.00 fee.


Fill out the form below and Register for the PLYC. Then simply go to the Youth Center and pay your Fee to receive your 2021-2022 ID Card.
